Section 15
Report to be submitted
:
(1) According to sub-section (3) of section 12, the department shall prepare and submit the statement to the committee every year based on the records received from the health institution.
(2) The committee shall analyze the data mentioned in the details received from the department according to sub-section (1) and prepare a detailed report including the analysis of the main main problems that have arisen in that matter and the strategy to be adopted to solve such problems and submit it to the Ministry of Health.
